I’m interested in a treatment that isn’t listed on your website. Can you help?

In all likelihood, yes! Just drop me a line and I’ll see what I can do.

I’m not going to be able to make a session that I’ve booked. What’s your cancellation policy?

I’m usually pretty flexible on this and more than happy to rearrange, but if you cancel within 24 hours of a booked session, you'll be liable to pay 50% of the cost of the treatment you were due to receive.

If my treatment involves a patch test, will I need to pay for this?

Of course not! This is all part of the service. You’ll need to book a short session with me at least 48 hours in advance.

How long before I’m booked in for a session should I arrive at the salon?

5 or 10 minutes is best. The girls in Niche will be more than happy to rustle up a coffee for you!!! Also, the turnaround between clients is often quite short, so I would ask that any queries or questions are addressed before your scheduled time slot ends. Thank you!

If I decide that I’d rather have a different treatment from one I’ve already booked, can I just tell you when I arrive?

This isn’t the end of the world, but it makes everything much easier if you can let me know with as much notice as you can.

I’d love to be able to kill two birds with one stone and have my hair done at Niche before / after I’ve seen you. Is this ok?

Of course! But while we work very closely, Hair and Beauty at Niche are separate and you’ll need to speak to reception about hairdressers’ availability.

How do I book an appointment?

Simple! Just give the reception at Niche a call on 01904 621199.

Do you do late nights?

Yes! But this is always according to availability.

I’m a bit funny about buying things from the internet but I really want some of the Dermalogica products you sell. Can I get them from the salon?
